- Leeway to make an impact - you can speak openly with CEO/President, etc. - Treat employees as humans, try to encourage their growth where possible - great colleagues - good benefits and office perks - interesting and ever-changing work

Cons

- You need to be a go-getter/take charge kind of person or you will get lost - Tough targets in sales - Messy org which makes it very confusing how to get things done or where things are kept (result of acquisitions, fast growth, restructures, and layoffs)
