      Sometimes communication from Head Office can be slow and misaligned to APAC A lot of layers of management which can make decision making/actions confusing - in saying that we've recently restructured management in order to improve this moving forward

      The colleagues are fantastic, unlimited paid time off, health and dental benefits

      Cons

      The energy is always good, the team makes it a fun place to work. Hard to really complain.. it is a bit disorganized - Too many different departments/ point of contacts which can lead to confusion as there isn’t anything that explains who to contact for what.
