- Flexible paid time off - Great health, dental, vision benefits - Working autonomously - $500 health and wellness - Work abroad!

Cons

- Once you reach a certain position, difficult to move up - Cannot be sick more than 3 days, otherwise need a medical note (which can be difficult sometimes)

Learn a lot, if you are a self-starter. Pay well compared to competitors. Amazing sales teammates and culture of always willing to help and encourage.

Cons

Brand awareness and product market fit in US is still catching up, but very forward thinking. No real time or structure for learning and development.
