Lots of opportunity w/in the company

Cons

Leadership was a mess- no clear plans by department and definitely no resources to fulfill unrealistic expectations. Not a safe space to verbalize concerns- there was a culture of retaliation if you didn't support every decision, not a safe space to ask questions. Leadership is out of touch with reality.
