This company is not a safe space for women at any level. There's no women or anyone representing any sort of diverse background in the product & tech leadership group for North America and Europe. Keep in mind that it represents a group of 70-80 people who happen to be all white males. Even the VPs have admitted it's an issue in front of everyone at town hall meetings... but yet they are not doing anything to fix the situation. They keep on promoting their friends that happen to look just like them, there's no career growth possibilities for anyone who's not part of their boys club. I haven't spoken to one person in my dev team that seems to be happy at their job lately, some had more than 3 different managers in less than 6 months, and it has been like that for quite a long time. There's a constant change of leadership and vision every quarter. It's mentally exhausting. If tons of people haven't left yet it's simply because they are resting and vesting...
