      Amazing work life balance, flexible work and unlimited leave. Which is realistically about 7-9 weeks I think.

      Cons

      Because of the acquisitions all the different platforms can be a bit confusing but there is a great path forward

      Great place to get started

      Pros

      Great co workers, great office space, lots to learn. It’s a great place to start if you are trying to get your foot in the door in the tech industry. A lot of great opportunities opened up for me once I started at Lightspeed and I was very well taken care of.

      Cons

      If you’re not based in Montreal, it’s hard to find upward mobility within the company. It’s still possible, it’s just a little harder if you are in one of the satellite offices.
