Pros

Unlimited PTO was appreciated (and well used)

Working at this company is a disorganized mess. I came on through an acquisition, and it seems like everyone else did too. They have no infrastructure in place for dealing with the influx of new employees, and no sense of what makes a job meaningful for the people who work there. Most of my former colleagues have quit because their day to day work life had become an incredibly uninspiring species of disconnected low-stakes tasks with no direction or vision. I felt completely abandoned by management here as well as voiceless and disempowered. I was also incredibly underpaid for my role, and told that this was essentially "my problem" for being based in the US as opposed to Canada. This company is 100% style over substance, trading in bargain basement upper management that has no idea what it's doing and has created a directionless mess at all levels below. Gives lip service to diversity and inclusion, when everything is a front for a company that clearly doesn't actually care about its employees, no matter who they are. Can't wait to leave this place, and never look back.

Great work life balance Awesome company culture great benefits management is very good Company invests in its employees A genuine people company.

Cons

Not much to say, it is a great company and I love working here. Great company for other departments but not so much for IT in terms of growth. IT gets a little overlooked like team building and etc but then again the team is too small in APAC not really the company's fault. A real con, the salary.
