      Pros

      - Great team - Inclusive (diverse and LGBTQ+ friendly) - Great perks & benefits - Free food and handmade espresso beverages - Beautiful Office - Flexible Paid Time Off (this is legitimate - they're extremely flexible, they barely track it, they almost never say no - in my department anyway) - Brand new equipment provided for home - Able to travel and work from anywhere - Opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      - Sometimes schedules are not exactly as expected or originally described, even with seniority - There is a limit to the remote travel (not a real con as its a huge benefit, just important to know) - Disorganization at the leadership level - Less diverse the higher up the hierarchy you go - Feels like there's a distinct gap/hierarchy between frontline workers and admin/dev type positions - There's lots of opportunity for advancement, but it's difficult to find the information, its hard to get a manager alone for a meeting

      No complaints. Low stress environment, cool people, great office, good leadership, unlimited vaca, good mobility options.

      Cons

      Salary is decent but not the best. Great QoL makes up for it.
