Design Leadership lacks empathy and vision; rather than fostering collaboration or encouraging innovative thinking, they tend to dictate direction without considering team feedback. Creativity and open dialogue are rarely valued. Talent Acquisition appears more focused on filling roles quickly than on ensuring long‑term success. Support and transparency are minimal, and employees often feel misled or unsupported throughout the hiring and onboarding process. HR does not have employees’ backs. Instead of addressing issues or holding poor leadership accountable, they tend to side with management, allowing toxic behaviour and mistreatment to continue unchecked.
