-room for growth -provides work from home equipment -smaller teams -good pay -uncapped commissions -friendly on-boarding

Cons

-bad training -consistently changes outline of role without explanation on how to do said new task -communication is horrible

You can't easily get the job since no one wants to resign. The turnover rate is so low..

Cons

Big salary Work from home Cool account and lots of freebies #makeithuman

Unrealistic goals, lack of interest in employees

Pros

- some nice people that really want to make good products and make customers happy

Cons

- overly relied on payments despite clear product issues and long term strategy - minimal data and whiplash decisions as a result - ridiculous return to work policy with teams across the world - push for profitability takes its toll on people and their incomes but the company is still spending millions on coachella like sales parties - removed training budgets, didn't bother to tell anyone - sales driven decisions mostly driven by a single client per region - sr leadership doesn't know how to have a workforce spread across the globe - several leaders are incapable of dealing with people and make rash decisions about staff without any forethought
