      a lot of changes but overall a great place to work

      Great team, highly motivated and genuinely skilled sales people who care about their customers.

      Cons

      Target distribution has p until recently been managed at global level, menaing its luck of the draw in terms of he way targets are assigned. Some teams benefitting from super low easy to achieve targets while others unfairly burdened with massively overforcasted targets. The way targets are distributed has changed recently to try and rectify this. Also the company has just announced a wave of redundancies, not having any major impact on the UK teams (more so in NOAM) but still never a pleasant experience.

      No transparency with direction, unattainable targets certain months. Very cliquey.
