      Pros

      - Great support from HR, management and colleagues - Great benefits ( Monthly opus covered, Health insurance, Bixi, many activities ) - Innovative and solution oriented environment - Superbe kitchen with tools, breakfast and snacks items galore ( All cereal, granola, bread, bagels, tea, coffee, smoothie machine, vegan and vegetarian friendly snacks/milk ) - Generous and considerate people - Bonus structure is attainable yet challenging enough to motivate you to do better - So much more!!

      - The support during training is great but it could be better structured and longer. - Base compensation for support agent position is not the most competitive on the market but with other benefits ( covering opus

      - Constant recognition from leadership even with small wins - Fun/loving atmosphere - If you enjoy working hard to achieve success, this is the place to be - The sales teams really support each other - Team building and sharing is heavily promoted

      Cons

      - Longer hours (however not a con because people work them because individual success comes with putting in time and effort) - The roof-work will hopefully end soon

      This Company has a clear purpose which is to do the best work of our lives. I come in everyday thinking I will be with friends and not colleagues. I learn from everyone around me, and I truly feel like I have a voice. The executives of this Company are very open to feedback and have an open door policy. This is a very culturally diverse and inclusive environment. There are people from all around the world to learn from and interact with. If you're looking to put in hard work, have inspiring people around you and learn everyday: this is the place for you.
