      Pros

      - Amazing culture, lots of great initiatives - Employees are a priority - Things move quickly, so you are constantly learning new tools and learning how to improve in your role.

      Cons

      - Work hours can be longer than usual, but its not so bad if you enjoy what you are doing! - Things are constantly changing. Change is not a bad thing, if you are someone who adapts easily to this and can move with the changes, this will not be a con.

      Pros

      The people that actually do the work are amazing. For a young professional you really learn how to sell.

      Cons

      - The 'President' of the company is the opposite of what Lightspeed's CEO preaches. He's a horrible dictator who will fire anyone that's in his way - HR in HQ is primarily focused on making their own career instead of challenging the business to do better. - The company does not value entrepreneurs or feedback.

      Pros

      I worked in sales at Lightspeed full time for 2 years and it was an adventurous ride. It was a combination of amazing people, great culture, good pay, insane benefits, and you get to work in a castle! There's certainly no other place like it. I was definitely sad to leave and would recommend Sales at Lightspeed to anyone looking for a fun and exciting place of work.

      Cons

      The amazing perks do come with a price of hard hustle. Lightspeed does become your whole life as there is a lack in work/life balance.
