Pros

Good office, good product itself, management is also fine.

Cons

Georgian branch of Lightspeed uses the Russian language as lingua franca so if you don't speak Russian it may be inconvenient to interact with colleagues (however many employees speak English)

Pros

At the end of 5 days you got 2 days away from a bad product that constantly feel over.

Cons

Troubleshooting the same issues continuously as nothing ever got fixed. Escalating issues were impossible as they were always dropped back in your lap. You had to ask to go to the bathroom... like you are six and in school... really. Better, easier shift patterns were given to the TLs favorites so if you weren't one of them you better learn to love working nights. Everything else.
