      The Auckland office is a vibe, featuring snacks, frequent catered events and cool people. Awesome benefits such as flexible paid time off & parental leave top ups along with a hybrid work environment to allow balance with your work/life responsibilities. Defined career pathways set out, strong focus on individual development goals as well as the opportunity to work with global teams!

      Pros

      Working at Lightspeed for the past year has been a rewarding experience due to the ample opportunities for professional development. While some processes are still evolving, the company culture and colleagues striving for excellence create a positive and dynamic environment. The colleagues I am working with really have a positive attitude, always doing their best to help others with a cheerful attitude. The office space is modern and well-designed, contributing to a pleasant work atmosphere. Additionally, the company offers excellent perks, such as delicious lunches and snacks, making the workday more enjoyable.

      Some processes still need improvement to enhance efficiency in our work.
