1. Tiered hierarchy and no work life balance 2. Heavy workload, require to overtime in the weekend frequently 3. At least one time of team bonding activity in a month and the attendance is compulsory 4. No acknowledgment from the superior even double efforts are pain 5. Stressful and toxic working environment, a lot of office politics
