      Pros

      Not much expectation from the headquarter. No need to keep up with the SOTA research. All you need to do is to pretend you can do research. Pay is not bad in the job market.

      Cons

      Not much career growth. Everyone is considered as tools that do whatever is assigned to and no need to be productive. Heavy DEI politics. Most of the team leads are female, and male colleagues, no matter how good the research skills are, rarely get promoted.
