      If an entry-early role I guess you could stick around for a few years to learn the corporate world, how things work in a big company, etc.

      Cons

      Bunch of incompetent people who don’t make decisions sit on top while making everyone suffer because they ‘want to be reported to’. You never get actual work done. Reporting is your job.
