Pros
You get to pretend you're working, and nobody notices. You can also take two-hour lunch breaks or just go out to smoke all day long.
Cons
The company has gone through so much change in the last few years since I started as a Demand Forecaster. It’s pretty evident that we have no idea what we are doing. Management screams at employees, and rare is the meeting where someone doesn’t storm out crying or where it becomes a complete blame game.
