      Pros

      Good salaries, a little above market in my experience. Dynamic industry, new exciting products come along every so often.

      Cons

      High distance of power (part of the Korean culture. For example, you may not argue a boss's decision, it's regarded as defiant). Communication problems. If you are not in a korean or english speaking country, high management probably won't speak the local language (and therefore will have trouble relating to clients and suppliers, for example)

      Compared to other Korean conglomerates, LG provides a good work environment and you're able to have a work life balance. Supportive colleagues and in general a healthy organization

      Cons

      Salaries are not high if you're not a Korean national; opportunities of growth are skim and on a yearly basis they provide a R&R review to decide whether you deserve a "small" raise or not
