      Anybody can be a top engineer if they do very little effort, Or, if you want to enjoy very slow life in this company, it will be ok even you do nothing.

      Cons

      There are lots of employee who are waiting for next promotion, it means the next won't be mine. All of employee knows what the problems are, but managers and directors tend to ignore the problems they recognized. Decisions are always slow so they are very familiar with losing chances.

      i love this company. Everything about it including the management is great. It is a fun environment and I love the people I work with.

      the goals can be heavy, and the demands of corporate can sometimes be overwhelming, but if you handle stress well and thrive under pressure this is the job for you.
