      Very stable work and pay. Very slow pace which can be nice with decent pay. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Corporate hierarchy is bad. Know that this is a cultural thing and deeply embedded in all levels and can be very frustrating. Higher levels will always be looking to find excuses on the lower levels why things went wrong when it was their fault all along.
