      Pros

      Good compensation. Good training of employees. Innovative and well respected company.

      Cons

      No longer has a unifying vision. Lack of clarity and alignment in supply chain between Korea and United States mean supply chain management is virtually impossible.

      Pros

      Only good for career path. Too many Americans in higher management ruining the balance of work life in my opinion. Management needs to be reviewed and not employee in their performance management . Employees are working extremely hard as is senior management, but sernior management does pushes employees more causing burn out.

      Cons

      does not provide a balance between life and work. Only believe work is most important and life is not. Believe they must work 12 hours a day while family and loved ones dont see you and marriage and normal life becoming almost non existant. Happiness in the work place is most important for stability and increase employee performance.
