Pros

It is located in Seoul.

Cons

Really bad work & life balance as with other typical Korean companies. The management does not make decisions and take a risk even when absolutely necessary. Information does not flow within & across the organizations.

Pros

Great product lines to sell. Marketing materials and promotional materials were excellent and help the sales cycle tremendously. Contantly launching new products.

Cons

No faith in domestic staff. Korean brand management runs the company with an iron fist. Domestic staff is seen as expendable and this results in very high turnover.
