      Pros

      Good compensation in the industry Very good compensation growth rates in the industry One of biggest HA companies in India and among the fastest growing.

      LG (UK) - OK if you are Korean, tough if you are not.

      Pros

      The Korean management are trying to act more internationally, but have a long way to go. Their products are good, which gives the company a good product brand image.

      Cons

      They have some very talented and dedicated local ( i.e. non-Korean) employees, but management decision making is very top-down. The Korean staff blindly obey, showing total compliance, but often the impact on the business at local level is counter-productive. This demotivates the local staff. Their mobiles products used to lead the market, but they have lost their way in recent years.
