      - Good at salary and benefits (if you are in higher ranking...) - Excellent office and top class view from windows

      Cons

      - No defined process or control - Overtime always - Korean ruled management - None standard and proprietary system - Lots of papers

      Pros

      Health Benefits are really great at LG. Work environment can be stressful but never hostile.

      Cons

      Constant hiring freezes & budget restraints often contradict LG's focus to be a #1 Player. Work/Life Balance is something talked about a lot but rarely implemented.
