      Great benefits! Decent pay. Due to dynamic fast pace, entrepreneurial spirit is accepted.

      Cons

      Lack of work life balance. Daily operations are very inefficient and report laden. Very difficult culture for a woman to thrive in. 24 hour "on call" expectation regardless of position. No work life balance at all.
