      It's a big 4 audit firm, so lots of learning support Only firm with CA classes to help you through CA Nice office location

      Cons

      Everyone I worked for hated their job and wanted a way to get out High turnover rate - felt extremely jealous every week reading about who was leaving and where they were going Very, very very boring work 'cookie-cutter' sort of progression - no one really get's promoted or recognised for being intelligent, or hard working Easy to brown-nose your way up to the top

      Pros

      The chance to do accounting qualification whilst being paid and working. Gain exposure to a range of clients in different industries and the chance to meet different people working at different professional levels at those client companies. Also have a good network of colleagues at same level as you in the firm but also mix with all levels and there is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere so that there is no real division between partners and other employees.

      Cons

      The work can become mundane as the challenge does peak. Worst though is that you do the same audits every year and the opportunities to see other companies ends. And there is no choice in what companies you therefore come to "specialize" in.
