Pros

Ambitious bank, great learnings, great people. The graduate program allows you to rotate into 3 to 5 teams in 1 year and a half. Would definitely recommend.

Cons

Old systems, and average employee age is quite high. A rollover would need to gently begin to allow opportunities to new generations.

Pros

Sophistication in its products and services, as well as a focus on customer quality.

Cons

Initially familiarise yourself with the respective product and service departments, but it is only a matter of time.

Pros

Julius Baer is a bank that operates purely in the wealth management sector with a bank that exclusively focuses on this area. Top marks for its excellent product range and remarkable client approach. The bank also offers financing services, which enables it to provide a complete service to its clients. The bank’s reputation in the wealth management sector is very good.

Cons

The requirements, as with other banks, are present here, if not even higher, which is not a negative aspect or a disadvantage per se, but one has to “love” working hard.
