Sehr offene Personen. Jeder nimmt sich die Zeit für Fragen oder Diskussionen (auch wenn man nicht im gleichen Team ist). Angenehmes Arbeitsklima in dem man gut gefordert und gefördert wird. Graduate Programm bietet gute Chancen für Einsicht in die Bank und um ein grosses Netzwerk aufzubauen (dank des Rotationsverfahren). Graduate können ebenfalls von den Benefits profitieren

Cons

Starke Einschränkungen beim Arbeitsgeräte/Arbeitsnotebook (viel gesperrt und viel muss angefordert werden). Sonst, bisher keine keine weiteren negativen Erfahrunge.
