      Competitive Salaries and Benefits and good Safety Training.

      Management from U.S. Headquarters have no clue or concern about how Canadian companies and sometimes laws work. They care nothing about their employees, only about the shareholders.

      Matched 401K and payed well. Enjoyed the others working there and had nice offices. We're accommodating with any needs too.

      Cons

      Had to make major cuts to the company's engineering department for the sake of cutting costs. Not very well run from the top down
