      Strong benefits: Very good healthcare benefits and other perks. Supportive culture: Camaraderie and teamwork very strong and a collaborative environment. Global opportunities: As a multinational company, one has the opportunity grow very fast and explore diverse career paths and get international exposure. Job stability: The company has established market presence and is almost unaffected by recent wars. Very competitive but if you show results your valued.

      Fast passed and goal driven. New comes need to prove themselves.

      Currently, I do not see any major organizational drawbacks. However, the industry itself is highly competitive, which can make the environment demanding, though this is consistent across similar organizations.

      Pros

      The massive layoffs that repeatedly happened under CEO George Oliver's leadership has stopped with the new CEO Joakim.

      Cons

      There is no career track and while they promote moving laterally within the company it's still more about who you know and the org doesn't make it easy in the process.
