      A well established multinational F.M. Company in Europe and the US

      Cons

      Management of the MENA region failed to provide the needed support, know-how, foot print and back-up, specifically Egypt. No interest in employee development and retention No interest in business development and growth No established operating manual and processes specifically tailored for the region

      Great benefits, safe and courteous workplace for men, women, and minorities. The company gives back generously to the community and is one of the "greenest" companies to work for in the U.S.

      Cons

      Getting ahead is more about who you know and how long you've worked there than actual accomplishments, which has led to a small group of very tenured people in most management roles.
