      Pros

      great people, good communication from management, focus on quality. Management tends to be very supportive of it's employees.

      Cons

      tends to run very lean, can be tough to get enough help on projects. Also sometimes is short sighted on projects, not always giving their full support.

      Pros

      There are some benefits. Johnson Controls is a big name company, sales is a flexible role. The salary and benefits are a plus. However Johnson Controls does typically pay the least in the industry. Additionally there is quite a bit of autonomy in this role.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, no training, demotivating culture, people who kiss up get promotions, etc. Passive aggressive leadership. Managers lead from their offices.

      Pros

      Strong values, Genuine dedicated people, good products and services with nice global balance and diversified portfolio. I also think there is a high degree of thought placed on board director and CEO decisions

      Cons

      Lean financial rewards, sometimes it was hard to see a clear corporate culture although the area I worked in seemed to walk the talk more than others
