      Pros

      Opportunities to network within the company, compensation, and community involvement are top notch.

      Cons

      The corporate message of providing all employees learning and growth opportunities is not practiced as preached in some locations. Makes it difficult for one to stay happy in their position. Negative manager allowed to a run team and provide no team support. Hard to follow someone who does not have your team's back. Again, lacking the practice what you preach policy.
