      Excellent executive leadership in place. They run the business as a truly global multi-industry corporation. There is an excellent process for identifying, training and promoting internal talent.

      Cons

      Divisional competition. Oftentimes the individual divisions operate too independently and don't take into consideration the overall profitability of the corporation as a whole.
