      Pros

      Great company to work for for a good reputation, decent benefits, VERY involved in the community/corporate responsibility. Excellent pay and perks/discretionary benefits

      Cons

      A lot of layoffs followed by a hiring frenzy. Very hard to move to certain areas of the company...a LOT of who you know and not what you know goes on there.

      Johnson controls has the financial capability to make changes but they need to do so before the turn over rate increases any further. business is going very well for Trion IAQ that is why johnson controls bought ADTI.

      Cons

      manufacturing has the constant struggle of getting product out on time. They need to invest in better equipment and create a better culture.
