      Pros

      Company product benefits the customers greatly and is well designed. Very popular company with a good name that delivers the performance it promises.

      Cons

      Easy to get locked into one position without promotion. Sometimes projects were started without all of the parts required for completion. This would sometimes make the project take longer than expected.
