      Flexible schedule for family and general call outs of life have been appreciated- Ability to self manage one's day as needed..

      Cons

      Management somewhat distant from subordinate staff, often coming across as much more self and team focused. Failure to evaluate and maximize team talents and interest to be of better service to company.

      Pros

      Excellent Products, Great name recognition, well liked in the industry, cutting edge ideas and continual improvement in products. Benefits are top notch and 401K match is exceptional.

      Cons

      Middle management seems to be sub-par. Certain divisions don't have great leadership so the direction changes frequently, as a result, there is a lot of turnover. There are also people who get promoted because they "play the game" not because they earned it.
