      Pros

      The company has excellent employee benefits and pays industry standard, based on the type of account and ownership. They believe in training and promoting from within.

      Cons

      The support tools that JCI uses internally and externally for tracking and gathering information is not well supported and you can become very isolated from the process in trying to understand the process.

      Pros

      Good benefits and lots of emphasis on CSR and ethics. Lots of eLearning opportunities and well known in the industry.

      Cons

      Leadership leaves much to be desired. It depends on who you know to move up. Not much opportunity to explore. Salaries can be quite stagnant if you stay for long unless you know people who can push you up. Too much paperwork and administration.
