      Pros

      Work completely independent, get the job done however you want however success is demanded. Lateral career moves easy to get at lower levels. Travel at your discretion. Pay is very competitive.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy is stifling and still growing. Work not distributed fairly. Benefits cut almost every year.

      Leadership not held accountable for making good things happen.Walk the talk. Annual surveys don't result in any real change. No chance for advancement unless someone in upper management is willing to mentor you.
