The commission plan changed every other year and it was not always to the salesman’s benefit. The company is middle management heavy and most of them got their jobs based on who they knew not what they know. They started to implement micromanaging to keep an eye on under performers instead of trusting the performers and firing the slackers.

This was wholeheartedly the worst company I have ever worked for. I am embarrassed beyond belief to even have this company on my resume. The "leaders" of this organization are weak, mediocre at best and are only interested in themselves. The culture is horrific. Everyone is arrogant with absolutely zero foundation. People talk about one another in such a nasty way. HR is useless and treats employees like subordinates. No work life balance and low pay for the amount of work expected from employees. Also, many of the warehouses are contaminated with lead..... JCI should be an option only if you're desperate for work.
