      Pros

      Remote working and nothing else.

      Cons

      They don’t want to pay. Unstable environment, no career advancement, they transfer almost all activities to cheap countries (India). They will ask you to accept only extra work without signing contract amendment without additional money spent on you, of course only promises how you will get a promotion (that will never happen because they would need to pay more). You will ask for a salary increase because you have been working on additional tasks instead of missing resource (that they didn’t want to hire and pay) and you will get always the same answer that it’s not possible, there is no budget…on each and every occasion.

      good work life balance. decent pay. if you had a great direct boss, like I did, this job is doable for a few years.

      Cons

      unrealistic sales goals. zero support from true upper level corporate management. lack of follow through and response from those outside of your immediate team. lackluster marketing team. poor onboarding training. not alot of brand recognition in the south- largely due to the ignorance of the marketing team (based in the west coast; basically a 2 man show for the ENTIRE country)

      So much idle time because your manager has no plan for you and there is not enough inquiry. Fair interview process Amazing diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      Honesty and being realistic leads you to exit door! Mc kanzy system which is company's saving assessment system has made procurement managers and directors greedy and cruel. e.b thinks about themselves! Managers come given ridiculous targets, don't hit and go in less than a year. Great liers could last way longer Frustrating background check Careless about employees
