      Pros

      Some great people. Opportunity to travel. Internal career movement is generally accepted and at times encouraged. This is a great thing.

      Cons

      Leadership, at time is afraid to make bold effective moves. Prefers to stay with the old and ineffective. Dinosaurs are extinct for a reason, their inability to be flexible and adaptive to changing surroundings. JCI has done well with this in the big picture, but when it is looked at more closely, people are just trying to coast to retirement, and not rock the boat.
