      Some good people to work with. Interesting products.

      Cons

      No raises for moving up, no 401k matching, they furloughed employees in a manner not to be able to collect unemployment, very poor upper management. No successful planning for the future growth in the markets, or growing/maintaining talent. If you want to move forward in your career then you need to leave the company.

      Some truly great people work here.

      Cons

      As long as the current CEO is running the show, there is no job security. The next round of layoffs is constantly looming around the corner, which overstresses everyone. This makes for an unhealthy work environment.
