Pros

If you can ignore the corporate communication, you can have good work life balance.

Cons

Corporate leadership is horrible. Only after stock price gains. They frequently eliminate or complete undercut commission plans. At this point most management doesn’t know anything about the actual products or service. They do whatever McKinsey says to cut costs and send most tasks to India and treat customers poorly.
