      Good technology systems, tuition reimbursement program is competitive, training opportunities were present

      Cons

      Lacks appreciation for diversity. This company talks the talk, but doesn't do any walking when it comes to diversity. Diversity was already lacking and during my tenure I witnessed a mass exodus of African-American employees.
