Pros

Salary around 54 000$ years (35hrs by week) for a Junior Programmer Analyst with a bachelor degree + annual Bonus Full package of social benefit, the basic insurance plan is free. Good cafeteria on place and not expensive. The office are clean, natural light everywhere on every stage.

Cons

Over specialized staff, people try to help you but it can be very tough to find a solution most of time. Poor managing(mostly invisible) Poor human ressource (i'm wondering why they keep calling this department 'human' ressource). In this company you are a number Poor evaluation plan ( 1 time by years and you cannot argue on it ) You have no control on your computer, you need to make a formal demand for everything and it can take a few week sometime to have what you ask ( if you can have it ... ) Development team and maintenance team are not working together, the development team skip the unit test step and the maintenance have to deal with it later... making modification on a production software without a test battery is like playing at the 'roulette russe'. Some employee have an obscur scholarship background.

Pros

A huge organization with excellent benefits and tiered pension plan. There is nothing else positive to say, unfortunately. Steer clear.

Cons

Due to their large dual acquisitions processes and procedures keep getting reinvented...often back to where they were in the first place. Management only communicates via e-mail with employees. Multiple public press complaints against them, for their injury claims handling in particular. A huge organization where you are only a voiceless cog in the wheel. Multiple, continuing lay-offs at all levels. Low-ball severance packages and bullying about non-existent "performance issues". Chronic unpaid overtime expected and encouraged. Employees not trained to do their jobs.

Pros

Nothing. It used to be tolerable but now miserable.

Cons

They basically watch your every move. dont think just because you work from home means you have freedom, They have screen monitors and the managers just sit all day monitoring like CCTV. you're basically chained to your laptop slaving all day getting back to back calls that never stop from morning until evening. Corporate greed only cares about the shareholder's return on investment rather than improving the employee's salary and quality of life and they've become so hungry that monthly targets have gone by 250% a month in less than a year i kid you not. And it's not like you're getting a piece of the hard work NOOO. No commision, nothing. Every april they'll "congratulate" you for getting penny's worth of bonus that's taxed heavily you'll end up with few bucks only. The pay is just miserable, isn't enough to buy a loaf of bread, maybe enough to buy crumbs. If inflation goes by 3% a year, your annual increase is 2% so you end up drowning even more. But hey guess what atleast corporate is happy. They'll set up contests in which you basically have to KYS to earn the gift card worth 20$ . You can't be 1 minute late because "it'll pUt yUo oUt Of adHerence". The "confedential" employee satisfatiction reveiw means nothing because not like they're going to improve the working conditions of the company. Everyone there is just so fake, smiling and talking about what a positive environment this place is when those who want to climb the ladder have to snitch on their colleagues to get to places. And don't get me started on the managers, one mistake and you're gone, no empathy no understanding of what you might be going through nothing and you wanna know what's the best part of it? they're introducing AI to replace your job in the 2 years maybe? and they'll CELEBRATE IT TOO and you're expected to welcome it...save yourself the headache and find a real company to work for.
