      Great seige mentality camaraderie amongst staff

      Where to start... Answer the phone and hope we meet SLA is the daily mantra Send emails out asking staff for positive reviews instead of wondering why so many negative reviews about RSA on line. No leadership,so demotivating,if you have any ambition go somewhere else
