Cons

The culture is discomforting and not very welcoming; the overall building and operations in this FW office is divided into 2 very visible disconnected parts. On one side, you have all of the directors/c-level executives in their own offices (they almost never leave their offices and mostly have their doors closed throughout the day). Almost all white males. On the other, less glamorous side, is the huge warehouse, where you have a very visible diverse workforce doing mostly labor work (picking, sorting, etc.).

This goes back to 2013. I could not go that far back. Very cut throat, backstabbing, and totally unprofessional. I had no training what so ever and was expected to sell computer parts to vendors all over the country. The head of the team was extremely nasty to me and I found out during my few months there, I was probably the 5th person in the job in a few months.
